In close collaboration with African Parks, we are thrilled to announce the rollout of tablet technology across 6 of their managed parks, spanning 5 African countries. This initiative aims to enhance conservation efforts by equipping rangers and park management teams with advanced tools for data collection, communication, and real-time monitoring.

In October 2024, we piloted the project at Odzala-Kokoua National Park in the Republic of Congo, followed by a pilot in Nyungwe National Park in Rwanda. Following these successes, we additionally launched in Akagera in Rwanda, Bazaruto in Mozambique, Zakouma in Chad, and Liwonde in Malawi.

These diverse ecosystems, ranging from dense rainforests to expansive wetlands, will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of the technology across different environments. This exciting partnership leverages technology for conservation, empowering the next generation of conservation leaders to protect Africa's natural heritage.

Abundelo plans to launch across all of African Parks' protected spaces in the future, as well as work with novel partners to introduce the technology in other spaces.
